Hardware

The interlock for the panel comes with separate tracks for flexibility in either retrofit installation or new construction. Sliding Window Screen are developed with high performance mechanism and components, including spring loaded wheel roller carriages which have been tested to provide years of effortless operation. The specially designed ‘Multi-Point – Lock’ system provides ease and convenience of use and a minimum of fuss: one simple action to engage or disengage all locking points. All Meshtec Sliding Window products have been rigorously tested under the requirements of Australian Standards for Security Screen Doors and Windows.

Security Mesh

• Woven with high-tensile 316 stainless steel wire, each strand is individually tested to international standards.
• Passes and exceeds Knife Shear Testing, proven strength superior to ordinary insect screen mesh.
• Passes and exceeds Salt Spray Testing, proven durability to resist coastal environments for residential and commercial applications.
• The components (mesh, aluminum tracks and frames) have been powder coated in a special formulation for corrosion resistance and exceed architectural exterior standards.
• Black-coated mesh filters up to an average of 60% of harmful UV rays whilst providing Clear Vision

Aluminum Sash

• Manufactured with high quality (grade 6063-T5) aluminum for strength.
• Fixing system is the subject of multiple International Patents and has been especially designed and developed to ensure product strength, integrity and security.
